These Partner Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Move On Scooters Partner Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Move On Scooters, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time.
The Move On Scooters Partner Program allows approved partners (“Partner”) to refer customers to Move On Scooters for mobility scooter, stroller, wheelchair, and baby gear rentals in the Orlando, Florida area.
Approved partners may earn a commission on qualified completed bookings referred to Move On Scooters.
Participation in the program requires approval by Move On Scooters. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
All applications are reviewed manually.
Move On Scooters reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Misalignment with our brand
• Fraud concerns
• Inaccurate or incomplete application information
• Marketing practices that may damage our reputation
Partners may also be removed from the program at any time if they violate these terms.
Referrals are tracked using the partner name or referral code entered by the customer during checkout.
Customers may be instructed by the Partner to enter the Partner’s name or referral code in the designated referral field when booking through the Move On Scooters website.
Move On Scooters is not responsible for lost referrals if:
• the customer does not enter the referral name/code
• the referral name/code is entered incorrectly
• the customer books through a third-party platform that does not include the referral field
Only bookings properly attributed to a partner will qualify for commission.
Approved partners earn:
10% commission on the rental subtotal of qualified completed bookings.
Commission is calculated from the rental subtotal only.
The following items are NOT included in commission calculations:
• Damage protection
• Delivery fees
• Taxes
• Cleaning fees
• Extra services or accessories
• Refunds or adjustments
• Any other non-rental charges
Move On Scooters reserves the right to adjust the commission structure at any time.
A booking qualifies for commission only if:
• The booking is completed and paid in full
• The booking is properly attributed to the partner
• The rental period has been fulfilled
• The order has not been canceled or refunded
Bookings that are canceled, refunded, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent will not qualify for commission.
Commissions are paid monthly, after booking verification.
Payments are typically issued via:
• Zelle
• PayPal
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Move On Scooters may delay or withhold payment if:
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• booking verification is incomplete
• payment details are incorrect
Minimum payout thresholds may be implemented in the future.
Partners agree to promote Move On Scooters in an honest and ethical manner.
Partners may promote Move On Scooters through:
• social media
• websites or blogs
• client referrals
• hospitality services
• travel planning services
• vacation rental services
Partners must ensure all marketing communications are accurate and do not misrepresent the services offered by Move On Scooters.
Partners may NOT:
• Misrepresent Move On Scooters services or policies
• Create misleading promotions or discounts
• Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing tactics
• Impersonate Move On Scooters or its staff
• Use copyrighted brand assets without permission
• Register domains that mimic Move On Scooters branding
Partners may also NOT bid on Move On Scooters branded keywords in paid advertising platforms including but not limited to:
• Google Ads
• Bing Ads
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
Examples of prohibited keywords include:
• Move On Scooters
• Move On Scooters Orlando
• MoveOnScooters.com
Violation may result in immediate removal from the program.
Partners may reference Move On Scooters for referral purposes but may not:
• alter the company logo
• create misleading advertisements
• imply an official partnership beyond referral participation
Move On Scooters reserves the right to request removal of any marketing content that misrepresents the brand.
Partners are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Move On Scooters.
Participation in the Partner Program does not create any joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.
Move On Scooters reserves the right to terminate any partner account at any time.
Reasons may include but are not limited to:
• violation of these terms
• fraudulent referrals
• misuse of the program
• brand misrepresentation
Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or invalid referrals may be voided.
Move On Scooters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.
Participation in the program is voluntary and at the partner’s own risk.
Move On Scooters reserves the right to modify:
• commission rates
• referral tracking methods
• payout schedules
• program rules
Changes may be made at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from participation in the Partner Program shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
