Delivery Hours: From 6 AM to 8 PM – 7 Days a Week.
At checkout, you’ll select a preferred time, but please note that all deliveries and pickups are scheduled within a 1-hour window (e.g., 10:00 AM–11:00 AM). This allows us to efficiently coordinate multiple stops throughout the Orlando area.
If you have a preferred time within that window, feel free to leave a note at checkout—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Yes. On all of our models except the Victory 10, the battery pack can be removed and brought inside your room for convenient charging.
Simply lift the battery pack from the scooter and plug it into a standard wall outlet.
The Victory 10 battery is not removable, so the scooter must be parked near an outlet to charge.
If you’re unsure which model you have, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

5 beeps: The gear lever (behind the seat) is in Neutral. Switch it to Drive, then turn the key off and back on. (This is the most common issue!)
6 beeps: The throttle is being touched when turning on. Remove your hands completely, then turn the key off and back on.
1 or 2 beeps while driving: The scooter is overloaded — either too much weight or a very low battery.
7, 8, or 9 beeps: Internal error. Please call customer service right away.
Beeping while charging: The scooter won’t turn on if it’s still plugged in. Unplug it first.
