Reservations & Orders

How do I place a reservation?
You can reserve directly on our website in just a few minutes. Select your rental dates, choose your equipment, and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is completed.

Is my reservation confirmed right away?
Yes. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received. If an order is placed outside business hours, delivery will be scheduled for the next available window.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Changes and cancellations are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Where do you deliver?

  • Disney Resorts (meet-and-greet only)

  • Hotels (bell services)

  • Airbnb & vacation rentals

  • Theme park rideshare areas (additional fee applies)

Can you deliver at an exact time?
We work with delivery timeframes, not exact times. This allows us to manage multiple routes efficiently. We always do our best to arrive as close as possible to your arrival time, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

Is there a fee for theme park deliveries?
Yes. Deliveries to theme park rideshare areas have a $50 service fee.

How long does the battery last?
Battery range varies depending on rider weight and usage. 

Do I need to charge the scooter?
Yes. A charger is included with each scooter. Scooters must be charged at least 9 hours overnight after each day of use to ensure full performance the next day.

 

🛠 Troubleshooting & Support

Something doesn’t look right with my equipment. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. Please do not attempt repairs or adjustments yourself.

🔔 Beeping Noises

If your Pride mobility scooter is making a beeping sound, it usually indicates a safety or connection issue. Below are the most common causes and quick checks:

1️⃣ Scooter Not Fully Assembled

Most common issue after delivery or transport

  • Check that the seat is fully locked

  • Make sure the tiller (steering column) is fully upright and locked

  • Verify the battery pack is properly seated

➡️ Re-seat the batteries and turn the scooter off and back on.

2️⃣ Low or Incomplete Battery Charge

  • The scooter may beep if the battery was not charged long enough

  • Scooters must be charged 9 hours overnight, even if used briefly

➡️ Plug the charger directly into the scooter and allow a full charge cycle.

3️⃣ Freewheel / Neutral Lever Is Engaged

  • Pride scooters will beep if the freewheel lever is not in the DRIVE position

  • This lever is usually located near the rear wheels

➡️ Ensure the lever is fully set to DRIVE, then restart the scooter.

4️⃣ Battery Connection Is Loose

  • Slight movement during transport can loosen battery connections

  • This can trigger warning beeps or prevent movement

➡️ Remove and reinsert the battery pack firmly.

5️⃣ Weight or Load Issue

  • Excess weight, steep ramps, or prolonged uphill driving may trigger warning beeps

➡️ Reduce load, move to flat ground, and recharge if needed.

6️⃣ Scooter Needs a Reset

Sometimes the scooter just needs a simple reset:

  1. Turn the scooter OFF

  2. Wait 30 seconds

  3. Turn it back ON

⚠️ Still Beeping?

If the scooter continues to beep after these steps:

  • Stop using the scooter

  • Contact us immediately for assistance

  • Do not attempt repairs or force the scooter to move
