Cancellation Policy

At Move On Scooters, we strive to provide a reliable and smooth rental experience. Because our drivers follow strict delivery windows and incur costs per dispatch, the following cancellation terms apply to every reservation.

1. Cancellations 48+ Hours Before Delivery

✔ Full refund, minus a $10 processing fee
This fee covers payment processing costs associated with the booking.

2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Delivery

✔ 75% refund, minus a $10 processing fee

3. Same-Day Cancellations (Day of Delivery)

Up to 100% of the rental amount may be charged, depending on whether the items have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
If a refund applies, a $10 processing fee will still be deducted.

4. Cancellations After Items Have Already Been Delivered

No refunds apply once the equipment has been delivered to a hotel, resort, Airbnb, or meeting location.

If pickup is requested immediately after delivery, a $30 pickup & processing fee applies.

5. Missed Delivery at Disney Resorts

If our driver arrives at the Disney Resort within the confirmed delivery window and the customer is not present to meet us, or cannot be reached:

• A $30 failed delivery fee will apply
• The driver will wait up to 15 minutes as a courtesy
• After 15 minutes, if the delivery cannot be completed, the reservation may be:
Rescheduled (based on availability), or
Cancelled with no refund, since the equipment was already transported to the resort

Please note: Disney resorts often do not allow our team to access guest rooms or accompany guests to their rooms due to liability policies. Customers must meet the driver at the designated delivery location.

6. No Response / No Show for Any Delivery Location

If the driver cannot complete a delivery because the customer does not answer calls or messages:

• A $30 failed delivery fee applies
• No refund will be issued if the equipment was taken to the delivery location

7. Early Returns

Returning equipment earlier than scheduled does not qualify for a partial refund.

8. Weather, Transportation Restrictions.

Refunds are not provided due to:

• Rain or severe weather
• Theme park transportation limitations
• Changes in itinerary or travel plans
• Resort or hotel policies that restrict access

9. Incorrect Scooter or Equipment Selection

If the scooter selected does not meet your weight, distance, or usage needs, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
Cancellations due to incorrect equipment selection follow the policy above and are not refundable after delivery.

10. Processing Fee

All refunds that qualify will include a $10 non-refundable processing fee, deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers Stripe processing and the advertising cost of acquiring the reservation.
