Delivery & Pickup

Everything you need to know about where we deliver, how timeframes work, and pickup options.

How Does Delivery and Pickup Work?

We offer free, flexible delivery and pickup at hotels, resorts, timeshares, and vacation rentals in the Orlando area.

When allowed, we can leave your rental with bell services or hotel concierge. For Disney Resorts and other locations with special rules, an in-person handoff may be required.

We also deliver to vacation rentals in Orlando, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Bay Lake, Kissimmee, and Davenport.

Can I Choose an Exact Delivery or Pickup Time?

At checkout, you’ll select a preferred time, but all deliveries and pickups are scheduled within a 1-hour window, such as 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

This allows us to coordinate multiple stops throughout the Orlando area.

If you have a preferred time within that window, feel free to leave a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Do You Accept Same-Day Reservations?

Yes. We accept same-day reservations when availability allows.

For same-day delivery, the order must be placed at least 2 hours before your requested delivery window.

Same-day reservations must be placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
Can I Book Overnight for an Early Morning Delivery?

Orders placed after business hours (after 8:00 PM) cannot be guaranteed for the 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM delivery window, as our schedule for the next day is prepared in advance.

If you place an overnight reservation requesting early morning delivery, we will review it as soon as we open and confirm the earliest available delivery window starting at 7:00 AM.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but the 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM window is not guaranteed for overnight reservations.
Can I Have a Different Pickup Location?

Yes. You can have one delivery location and a different pickup location.

Please add the pickup address in the notes at checkout. The pickup location must be approved by our team because it needs to be within our delivery area.

Do You Deliver to Disney Resorts?

Yes. We deliver to Disney Resorts.

For Disney Resorts that do not allow bell desk drop-off, we’ll arrange to meet you in person at the main entrance or lobby.

Do You Deliver to Theme Parks?

No. We do not deliver or pick up scooters inside theme parks, Disney Springs, or Universal CityWalk.

All rentals are delivered to hotels, resorts, or vacation homes only.

Scooter Use & Battery

Important information about battery life, charging, scooter size, and daily use.

Will the Electric Scooter’s Battery Last for an Entire Day at the Park?

Battery life depends on rider weight and how the scooter is used throughout the day.

When fully charged, guests can usually enjoy a full park day. To ensure proper performance, the scooter must be charged for at least 9 hours overnight at your hotel.

Can I Bring the Scooter Battery to My Room to Charge It?

Yes. On all of our models except the Victory 10, the battery pack can be removed and brought inside your room for convenient charging.

Simply lift the battery pack from the scooter and plug it into a standard wall outlet.

The Victory 10 battery is not removable, so the scooter must be parked near an outlet to charge.

If you’re unsure which model you have, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help.

Can the Scooters Disassemble Easily to Fit Into the Trunk of a Car?

If you plan to transport the scooter often, we recommend the Go-Go line.

These scooters can be easily disassembled and reassembled by one person. Before placing your order, please review the weight limits.

The Go-Go models are designed to fit in SUVs, minivans, and most sedans.

What Are the Differences Between 3-Wheel and 4-Wheel Scooters?

Both are great options.

A 4-wheel mobility scooter provides more stability, balance, and extra leg room.

A 3-wheel scooter is usually easier to maneuver in tighter spaces.

Can Two People Ride the Scooter at the Same Time?

No. Mobility scooters are designed for single-rider use only.

For safety reasons, they cannot support multiple riders at the same time. Riding with more than one person can damage the scooter and is not allowed at theme parks or resorts.

Policies, Payments & Protection

Answers about deposits, credit card charges, damage protection, cleaning, insurance, and cancellations.

What Does the Damage Protection Plan Cover?

Our optional Damage Protection Plan is $20 per item and provides limited protection for certain incidents that may occur during normal use of the equipment.

The plan may cover:

  • Minor accidental damage from normal family use
  • Small scratches or scuffs that do not affect functionality
  • Minor broken accessories
  • Excessive cleaning fees, such as sand, food spills, sticky residue, or similar messes

This plan helps provide peace of mind so families can enjoy their trip without worrying about unexpected minor issues during their vacation.

The Damage Protection Plan does not cover:

  • Torn or heavily stained fabric, including sunscreen stains
  • Structural damage such as bent frames or cracked components
  • Misuse or negligent use of the equipment
  • Water damage caused by rain or liquid exposure
  • Equipment left unattended in unsecured areas
  • Loss or theft

If the Damage Protection Plan is not added, the renter is responsible for all damage or excessive cleaning during the rental period.

Do You Accept Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?

No. Move On Scooters is a private-pay vacation rental service. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

Our rentals are designed for short-term Orlando vacations, hotel stays, resort stays, and vacation homes.

Customers can book directly online and pay by credit or debit card at checkout.

Can I Rent a Scooter for Just One Day?

Yes. You can rent a scooter for just one day.

Please note: the price is the same as a two-day rental, so you can keep it overnight at no extra cost.
What If I Return the Rental Very Dirty?

We expect normal use, but please return all rental items in the condition you received them.

Please avoid food, drinks, sunscreen, smoke, sand, mud, or heavy staining on scooters, strollers, wheelchairs, and baby gear.

Items returned beyond normal use may require extra cleaning. Excessive food, spills, vomit, smoke odor, sunscreen stains, or heavy staining may result in a $25 per item cleaning fee or full replacement cost if the item cannot be properly cleaned or restored.

For strollers, please be especially careful with mineral sunscreen, as it can leave white stains on the fabric and requires deep cleaning.

Troubleshooting & Support

Quick help if your scooter is beeping, not moving, or something does not look right.

Do You Offer Emergency Support If the Scooter Stops Working During Our Disney Day?

Yes. We offer emergency scooter support in the Walt Disney World area for situations where your scooter stops working during your trip.

We’ll first guide you through a quick troubleshooting process by phone or text, as many issues can be resolved immediately.

If needed, we can arrange a meet-up in an accessible location to assist with a battery swap or replacement unit, subject to availability.

An emergency support fee of $40 applies for on-site assistance.

Please note:

  • You may need to relocate to a designated meeting point
  • Service is subject to availability
Why Is My Scooter Beeping and Not Moving?

If your scooter is beeping and not moving, check the following:

  • 5 beeps: The gear lever behind the seat is in Neutral. Switch it to Drive, then turn the key off and back on. This is the most common issue.
  • 6 beeps: The throttle is being touched when turning the scooter on. Remove your hands completely, then turn the key off and back on.
  • 1 or 2 beeps while driving: The scooter may be overloaded, the rider weight may be too high for the model, or the battery may be very low.
  • 7, 8, or 9 beeps: This may indicate an internal error. Please contact customer service right away.
  • Beeping while charging: The scooter will not turn on if it is still plugged in. Unplug it first.
  • Excessive moisture: If the scooter got very wet, turn it off and allow it to dry for a while before turning it back on.
