Definitely will be renting from here again. The battery charge lasted for everything we did while we were on vacation for the week. I was worried because we forgot the charging cord at the rental house and we were going to Disney. No worries though it had most of the battery power left when we left Disney. Great delivery drivers and customer service is amazing! So happy I went with this company. Thank You so much!

I just got back from Orlando, Fl and I rented from MoveOn Scooters. I have to say this was the best scooter I have rented in the last 10 years. I had no problem with the battery going dead. It lasted all day every day. The plastic shield they give you to put over the key pad worked fantastic. I had no problem with the rain. The customer service was the best I have ever received. They worked with me with my delivery times and changing them as I needed to do. The gentlemen that delivered and picked up the scooter was fantastic. He showed us everything and was so nice. I would recommend this company to everyone. They will do a great job for you while on vacation.

They were PHENOMENAL with all our needs, their pricing was unbeatable, they were so accommodating, we changed our amount of days, our pickup time, we were all over the place and move on scooters were amazing and patient and just absolutely the best. I’m so glad I came here! I’ve been searching to write a review on this company. I agree! I would recommend this company to anyone! I’m from Ga. and I was so skeptical of booking online as I wasn’t sure if it was a scam because the prices were so affordable compared to the prices at the actual amusement park in which my family attended. Isabella was in contact with me from start to finish! I arrived at my destination an hour late due to all the traffic and the line at the entrance gate. The delivery driver waited there for me so patiently without ever complaining. He and Isabella touched base with me until I arrived! I loved their customer service skills! So if you’re in need of a brand new scooter for your trip or whatever… please don’t hesitate to book this company! They are awesome! ❤️

Very reliable scooters. Customer service answered all of my questions about transport. When receiving the unit, they explained all of the features and described the units breakdown.
